This is Brentor Church on Dartmoor. Apparantly this was built as a memorial in rememberance of a shipwreck that occured just off the coast near there. It was placed on this high vantage point so that it could be seen easily by passing ships!! It has also been rumoured that they built the church up there because they believed that they would be closer to God. Quite logical really don't you think?
What a lovely vision. This is more like art than photography. The lighting, composition, and subject matter are so magical and spiritual in feeling. You did a great job!
